Orders are shipped from Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. For shipping information specific to your order and destination, contact our team on WhatsApp.
Order Preparation
Preparation begins after payment has been received. Bank transfer orders are prepared once the funds reach our account.
Courier Options
Our shipping options include DHL, UPS, air cargo and sea cargo. Contact our team to confirm which service is available for your order.
Your Destination
Provide your country, state or city and postal code so our team can confirm shipping availability and applicable warranty conditions.
When Will I Receive Tracking?
After payment has been received and the package is ready for dispatch, the original preparation estimates are:
- Under 300 kg: approximately 3–4 business days.
- Over 300 kg: approximately 5–7 business days.
- Over 1 tonne: approximately 14–17 business days, including preparation of the necessary documents.
Please confirm the timeframe with our team for an order of exactly 300 kg or 1 tonne.
Delivery Estimates
- United States and nearby destinations: usually 8–10 working days.
- Europe and nearby destinations: usually 7–9 working days.
- Other destinations: usually 6–8 business days; confirm the estimate for your destination with our team.
Transit times depend on customs clearance and local requirements. Delays may extend delivery beyond 30 working days. Weekend handling may add 1–2 working days.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or holidays when the shipping office is closed.
DHL
Under our delivery policy, DHL shipments have delivery warranty and refund coverage where kratom is legal, with exceptions for New York, California, Oregon and Canada.
Under our delivery policy, these four destinations can receive warranty coverage with a minimum order of 300 kg and an additional charge of US$1.60 per kg.
UPS
UPS is generally used for shipments to Asia and Europe. The original policy does not provide delivery warranty or refund coverage for UPS shipments.
Air & Sea Cargo
Our delivery policy provides delivery warranty for countries and states where kratom is legal. Cargo is available for orders above 300 kg, with the tax fee included in the quoted price.
Other courier services outside DHL, air cargo and sea cargo do not receive delivery warranty under that policy.
